Connecting StarkVPN

Connecting to the VPN is easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Open Stark VPN
  2. Tap on the round connect button on the center of the screen
  3. If you get a popup to allow VPN configurations on your device, tap “Allow”
  4. Wait for a few seconds
  5. You are connected!

You can choose from a list of various VPN servers on the Stark VPN premium version. Follow these steps:

Android

  1. Tap on Free VPN or tap on the VPN country you are currently connected to
  2. Choose your preferred VPN server from the list
  3. Wait for a few seconds
  4. You are connected!

iOS

  1. Tap on Free VPN or tap on the VPN country you are currently connected to
  2. Choose your preferred VPN server from the list
  3. Wait for a few seconds
  4. You are connected!

Mac

  1. Tap on Auto Location or tap on the VPN country you are currently connected to
  2. Choose your preferred VPN server from the list
  3. In a few seconds the grey button will turn blue.
  4. You are connected!

If you are unable to connect to the VPN, you can try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Try connecting to a different VPN server
  2. Quit the app, relaunch it and try connecting again
  3. Turn off Wi-Fi, then turn it back on and try connecting again

Billing & Subscription

You can purchase a premium subscription to unlock more features and benefits like faster connection, more VPN servers, unlimited bandwidth and no ads. Follow these steps:

For Android

  1. Tap on “Upgrade my Data Plan”
  2. Tap to select Weekly, Monthly or Yearly subscription
  3. Tap on “Start Subscription”
  4. Confirm your purchase
  5. Your app will be upgraded

For iOS

  1. Tap on “Upgrade my Data Plan”
  2. Tap to select Weekly, Monthly or Yearly subscription
  3. Tap on “Start Subscription”
  4. Confirm your purchase
  5. Your app will be upgraded

For Mac

  1. Tap the Settings button at the top left corner
  2. Tap on Upgrade to Premium
  3. Confirm your purchase.
  4. Your app will be upgraded

You can restore your Stark VPN subscription easily by following the steps below. Please make sure you are on the same account which was used to purchase the subscription

  1. Open Stark VPN
  2. Tap “Settings”
  3. Tap “Restore Purchase”
  4. Your purchase will be restored.

Redeem a gift card or code on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Today.
  3. At the top of the screen, tap the sign-in button the My Account button or your photo.
  4. Tap “Redeem Gift Card or Code.” If you don’t see “Redeem Gift Card or Code,” sign in with your Apple ID. Learn what to do if you forgot your Apple ID
  5. Tap “Use Camera” and follow the instructions on the screen. If you have an older card or you’re in certain countries or regions, you might not be able to redeem a card with your camera. Tap “You can also enter your code manually,” then follow the instructions on the screen.
    • If you have an App Store & iTunes Gift Card, enter the 16-digit code, which starts with X, from the back of the card.
    • If you have a promo or content code, enter the code from the back of the card.
  6. Tap Done.

Follow the steps below.

Android

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store Google Play.
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu Menuand then Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions.

iOS

  1. Open the Settings app. 
  2. Tap your name. 
  3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)

  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Don’t see the subscription that you’re looking for?
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.

Mac

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Click the sign-in button  or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click  View Information at the top of the window. You might be asked to sign in.
  4. On the page that appears, scroll until you see Subscriptions, then click Manage.

  5. Click Edit next to the subscription that you want. Don’t see the subscription that you’re looking for?
  6. Click Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.
